1. Is minimum order required?
Minimum order requirement only applies to the custom made products. But if your order is less than $50.00 (ex-GST &shipping), there is a $5.00 (ex-GST) invoicing surcharge.2. Are the prices listed inclusive of GST and shipping?
No. All of our product prices are exclusive of GST and freight. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without prior notification.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Direct Deposit, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Cheques, PayPal and Master/Visa card payments.
4. How long does Direct Deposit /Internet Banking / Personal Cheques take to clear?
Please note if paying by cheque or EFT, orders are to be shipped only after funds have been cleared. Please allow 2-3 business days for clearance of funds. If you want to get your order processed faster, please send us a copy of your EFT transfer receipt once you have made payment. We could arrange delivery straight away.
5. Warranties
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Brochureholderpro.com.au. Brochureholderpro.com.au is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within seven (7) working days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued.
